Information you provide. When you submit the quote form, we receive your name and email address, together with any of the following you choose to include: phone number, neighborhood, the type of service you are asking about, and the contents of the message field.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form. Send only what is needed for us to respond to your request.
Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server log data for every visit, including IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics additionally records usage data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, referral source, and interactions with the site. This usage data does not directly identify you to Complete Home Keepers.
We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to schedule and provide cleaning services and to keep ordinary business records.
